I'll leave you a super nice review since you've...

...been really helpful to me on the forums ;)

I'll just say stuff as I listen:

- The kick could use a bit more of a punch...add a multiband compressor and adjust the high end's gain.
- Don't like the snare at all, something about it sounds really weak. It's almost like it's only half a sample or something :/ Maybe layer it with another one?
- Clap sounds a bit short, maybe lengthen it with some reverb? (Small room, about .3sec decay? I dunno, just an idea)
- The bass is sexy, but I think it's mixing with the kick a little. Cut out some of the subbass frequencies (with an equaliser) on both the kick and the bass to clean it up a little.
- Drums at 1:11 sounded a little weird (the actual pattern)
- The plucking sound that's been going on for a while....it sounds like Nexus? If it is, try turning the "spread" knob to the left about halfway, it'll spread the sound out wider. Right now it's too narrow IMO. (If it's not nexus, then just fuck around with its panning)
- For the piano, the bass notes seem a bit....harsh? Change their velocities to make them a bit softer.
- A sidechained pad following the bassline would sound nice and make this track "pump" more ;)
- The piano could use a little bit of delay, and some reverb to make it sound more full. Not too much though, otherwise it'll sound like shit.

Other than that, it's sounding really good! Musically and structurally it was great! :)

I kinda assumed you used FLStudio, I hope I'm right, otherwise some of what I saiid doesn't really work :P

I like it a lot! :)

- Intro snare could be more....marchy? With like, rolls and shit
- Organish synth sounds a bit weird....maybe use some strings?
- Bassline is pretty groovy
- Song kinda sounds like the hero just realized he has one more chance ;)
- Guitar work is nice, subtle but works perfectly in the song.
- Kick sounds kinda weak
- Hats are too loud :P like always lmao

It was. My friend... if you only heard the original... You'd be praising this like nobody's business. The original version was awful, lol. I think the whole hero thing is a matter of opinion & perspective. Like a philosophy class and a personality test. Maybe i could go back and eff with the drum EQs, but I dunno. I like it. Anyway, I'm glad you liked it a lot too bro.

The whole track is kinda clipping though, maybe turn down the master volume a bit, and/or add some limiters.

Sounds really cool!

I'm only giving a 9 because you used slayer :( It kinda works for this song, but imagine if you got a real guitar going for it! :) That'd be fucking nuts.

Drums sounded really good: really well written and had a nice chill atmosphre to them. Only thing is that they could probably use a little more variation.

That's it though, sounding really good. :)

I didn't use a slayer, I sampled each chord from a song, then pitch and speed shifted them, then rearranged each chord differently to that of the song. I would have played it myself but my recording equipment isn't working at the moment.

Dubstep is weird.

But this is kinda cool, not gonna lie. I only hate how slow dubstep is, it feels like it's begging to be sped up :P

The mix seems really well done on this one, good work :)

Well i used zeta for the mian bass though out the track and just put some sub behind it and that square bass i just use a simple 3x Osc,then just lfo'd it up n***a lol.

Yes your right it is a slow genre but a very bass inclined one at that and im just a bass fiend.

Gotta be one of my fav Castlevania tracks :)

Don't hear this one remixed that often, Vampire Killer and Bloody Tears seem to dominate :P

Great job though, only thing I can say is work on the mix a lot more. There's a bit of clipping (on the "BOOM!"'s) and the bass isn't really coming through the track as well as it should be)

Good stuff though, keep it up!
