Sounds good, but the mix needs work ;) There's a lot of clipping going on. Try just lowering the master volume by about 10% if you can't get rid of the clipping (or if you're in FLStudio, add a limiter/soft clipper to the master track)

Gotta be one of my fav Castlevania tracks :)

Don't hear this one remixed that often, Vampire Killer and Bloody Tears seem to dominate :P

Great job though, only thing I can say is work on the mix a lot more. There's a bit of clipping (on the "BOOM!"'s) and the bass isn't really coming through the track as well as it should be)

Good stuff though, keep it up!

Not my take on psytrance...

But still cool nonetheless!

I think you could've brought up the kick and the bass a lot more in the mix as they feel kinda "far away" in the track at the moment. (EQ the synths....cut out a lot of the bass frequencies in the leads, it'll make room for the kick and bass to come through)

Firgured I'd try to leave a helpful review:

- Maybe start it without that hat loop in the background? (right at the very start)
- Then maybe take out the hat loop altogether? It sounds too simple and generic.
- The breakbeat is......awful :P It sounds really flat and sorta lame (Just being honest, not trying to be a dick). You should definitely work on it a lot, and make it more exciting (ROB MAYTH THAT FUCKER!)
- Transition at 0:28 is amazing, great work
- I don't like how at 0:32/0:33ish the bass cuts out. It sounds weird IMO. Maybe try something else there?
- Buildup is the best part of the song, that "screaming" synth that holds the longer notes is EPIC.
- Kick could be a little more punchy (like, more high frequencies), and EQ'd a bit better, it sounds kinda sloppy.
- I'd like to hear a nice ride cymbal on the kick ;)
- 0:59ish is waaaaaaaaaaayyyy too quiet, although you probably know this. Something's gotta be done with that.
- 1:04/1:05 is so cool :P

Yes, the percussion does need to be louder. At the moment it's not quite in your face enough.

Melodically and structurally this song was amazing :) I didn't like the sound of some instruments, such as the vioin? at 0:14. It was too loud, and I don't think I like the actual sound itself. Maybe look for a new violin sample/soundfont/synth/etc?

Anyways, all that aside, it's REALLY good. You've got some skills. One of the best composers on NG, clearly.

Hmm, I'll look through some other soloistic VST's...maybe flute would work better, or perhaps less reverb on the solo violin. I'll tamper with some sounds and see what I can come up with. Thanks again!
